From Cadbury Sixth Form College to a thriving career in law, Adile’s journey is a powerful reminder of what determination, resilience and the right support can achieve.
After securing a Distinction* in BTEC Performing Arts and A grades in A Level Law and English Literature in 2020, Adile progressed to study Law at the University of Kent, graduating with a 2:1 in 2023.
She is now completing her Master’s in Legal Practice at the The University of Law, set to graduate this autumn – all while balancing two jobs, gaining hands‑on experience in a law firm and working in hospitality.
Despite being told it would be “extremely difficult” to juggle work and postgraduate study, Adile, who is also fluent in Turkish, and driven by her ambition, is now a Paralegal at South Staffordshire Plc, working towards her goal of qualifying as a solicitor.
Adile reflects on her journey: “I chose Cadbury because it was very friendly, very accommodating, and I knew there was a lot of potential in terms of help and guidance for my future. I’d say anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Obstacles and mistakes are not setbacks — they are opportunities to grow, learn and become stronger than before.”
We’re so proud of Adile and excited to see where her legal career takes her next.
