As part of T Level Week, Cadbury Sixth Form College is celebrating the valuable workplace experiences that help prepare students for their future careers.
T Level Business, Management and Administration students at Cadbury Sixth Form College have been developing their skills through a partnership with The Sweet Project, gaining first-hand experience of working with a real organisation.
During the last academic year, two students completed industry placements with The Sweet Project. More recently, four students took part in a three-week live employer project, working in teams to develop recommendations to raise the organisation’s profile, increase awareness of its work and strengthen community engagement.
The project gave students the opportunity to apply their classroom learning to real business challenges, develop their ideas and present their recommendations directly to The Sweet Project.
Experiences like these are a key part of T Levels, helping students build confidence, strengthen their communication and teamwork skills, and gain a better understanding of the workplace.
Through partnerships with employers such as The Sweet Project, Cadbury Sixth Form College is helping students develop the practical knowledge and experience they need to progress into employment or further study.
As we celebrate Workplace Wednesday, this partnership highlights how T Levels connect education with industry, giving students valuable opportunities to put their learning into practice and prepare for their future careers.
