A Level Art & Design students from Cadbury Sixth Form College experienced world-class art, architecture and design in Paris on a four-day study trip.
Visiting the Louvre, Petit Palais, the Museum of Modern Art, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower for design inspiration, the learners strengthened their subject knowledge, technical skills and creative confidence.
First-hand observation and primary research formed a core part of the visit, supporting exam components and enabling students to critically analyse work beyond the classroom.
The experience also developed their essential transferable skills – independence, cultural literacy, and reflective thinking, supporting progression to higher education and future careers in the creative industries.
International study opportunities such as this play a vital role in turning learning into impact, ensuring students leave with both strong outcomes and the skills required to succeed.
