This T Level is designed for learners aged 16–19 who are interested in a career in the business and marketing sector. It is ideal for students who enjoy creative problem-solving, communication, and understanding how businesses reach and influence consumers. Typical applicants include school leavers with a passion for digital media, branding, business strategy, or customer engagement who want a more technical and hands-on route into the industry.
Course Structure:
- 80% Classroom Learning – Students will study a wide range of core topics related to the marketing and business industry, including market research, branding, digital marketing, and campaign development.
- 20% Industry Placement – A minimum of 45 days spent with an employer, where students gain real-world experience and develop the technical skills needed to succeed in marketing roles.
During this two-year programme, students will gain the theoretical knowledge and practical expertise that underpin marketing and business practices, with a focus on applying those skills to live projects and industry scenarios. As part of the T Level Marketing qualification, you will specialise in marketing principles and practices, developing a strong foundation in both the creative and analytical aspects of the profession. This course equips you with the technical, practical, and workplace skills to operate confidently and competently within a marketing role.
