This T Level is designed for learners aged 16-19 who wish to work in team leadership and management within a business.
Course Structure:
- 80% Classroom Learning – Students study 14 core topic areas relevant to the Management & Administration industry.
- 20% Industry Placement – A minimum of 45 days (315 hours) on placement with an employer to gain on-the-job technical skills. The occupational specialism we deliver is team leadership and management.
