Students completing a Level 3 Music course in Performance has many options. Many go on to university degrees like Music Technology, Sound Engineering, Performance, or Music Business, while some attend specialist schools like BIMM or conservatoires that require auditions.

Others pursue apprenticeships in live sound, broadcast, or content creation for hands-on experience. Some enter the workforce directly as session musicians, studio assistants, or freelance producers, building their brand online. There are also paths in music marketing, event management, sound design, or teaching (via a degree and PGCE). Further study at Level 4 or 5 is another option depending on career goals.
