Celebrating Excellence At Cadbury With Councillor Lisa Trickett

Cadbury Sixth Form College was delighted to welcome Councillor Lisa Trickett from Birmingham City Council to present our Learner of the Month Awards.

The councillor spoke about civic leadership, public service and the role education plays in shaping local communities, before presenting the awards which recognise the hard work, progress and ambition of our learners.

Award winning students then took part in a meaningful Q&A with Councillor Trickett and our CEO & Principal, Lisa Capper MBE, giving them the chance to discuss their skills, career aspirations and their experiences of studying at Cadbury, as well as wider issues affecting Birmingham.

The event was led by Lisa Capper MBE; Senior Vice Principal – Quality & Student Success, Emma Brannen; Campus Principal, Lydia Maher; and Campus Deputy Principal, Ian Vogel. Together, they represent the leadership and staff who champion our learners every day.

Well done to this month’s award winners who represent the very best of our College community.
