Aspiring medical students from Cadbury Sixth Form College took part in a practical clinical session, building their confidence through hands-on learning.
Working with real laparoscopic instruments, T Level Health learners experienced keyhole surgery techniques, developing precision, coordination and an understanding of the clinical skills used in modern healthcare environments.
The session provided a valuable insight into the standards, behaviours and technical ability required for careers within the NHS.
Delivered in collaboration with medical students from University of Birmingham and Medical Mavericks, the experience reinforced the importance of industry-aligned learning and professional expectations.
Opportunities like this build confidence, strengthen technical skills and support clear progression routes into healthcare careers.
