Alumni Spotlight: Rumbi’s Strategic Success

We’re excited to share that our own Cadbury Sixth Form College alumna Rumbi Mtsambiwa will be speaking at Black Tech Fest 2025 at Drumsheds in London to explore the future of tech, innovation and culture.
After several years in start-up leadership, Rumbi very recently made a big career move to global technology company OpenText, as a Customer Relationship Manager – Cybersecurity, driving strategic success for some of the world’s largest organisations, and managing a portfolio of enterprise clients.
Qualifying in Accounting, Economics, English Literature and Statistics at Cadbury, she went on to graduate in Economics, Finance and Banking.
Rumbi returned to run a social action workshop with our students through the UpRising Leadership Programme after finishing her MSc in Economics and Finance for Development at the University of Bradford and MBA from Nottingham Business School.
In her own words: “Cadbury was a place that I honestly believe changed the trajectory of my life. So many of the beautiful parts of my journey — my friendships, career, and confidence — can be traced back to my time at Cadbury.”
