At Cadbury, we celebrate diversity, champion equality and encourage everyone to be their authentic selves. Throughout the year, students can get involved in a wide range of cultural, religious and awareness events, helping us create a welcoming community where everyone feels valued and included.
From celebrating cultural traditions and important awareness months to enjoying music, food, performances and activities with friends, there’s always something happening across the college.

A chance to celebrate Black history, culture and achievements, while learning about the people and stories that have helped shape our communities.
Diwali
Come together to celebrate the Festival of Lights, exploring its cultural and religious significance through activities and celebrations.
Ramadan & Eid
Recognise and celebrate Ramadan and Eid, providing opportunities for students to share their experiences, traditions and culture with the wider college community.

A chance for our college community to come together, enjoy activities and celebrate the friendships and connections that make Cadbury special.
One World
A celebration of culture and community One World is one of the highlights of our college calendar, bringing students and staff together to celebrate the incredible diversity within our community. The annual event brings cultures to life through music, dance, food, fashion and performance. At One World 2025, students and staff enjoyed performances including African and Dhol drumming, Bhangra and belly dancing, alongside rappers, singers and spoken-word artists. Students also too part in a vibrant diversity catwalk celebrating cultures from around the world.
One World is about celebrating what makes us different while recognising what brings us together.
