Aleema Wins Winter Work Experience Challenge

Building work-ready skills beyond the classroom, super-motivated Cadbury Sixth Form College student Aleema has won our Winter Work Experience Challenge.

Alongside her studies in Human Biology, French and Psychology, Aleema has completed three virtual work experience programmes focused on Business and Retail through Springpod, an award-winning, immersive online careers and university exploration platform.

Assistant Director of Student Services, Amie Banford, said: “Aleema’s engagement with virtual work experience highlights the proactive approach our learners are taking to build skills, explore career pathways and gain valuable insight into the world of work. This is a brilliant example of the impact our Work Experience and Employer Partnerships teams are delivering across The Sandwell Colleges, of which Cadbury is part. Through strong employer partnerships, we’re smashing targets and creating high-quality opportunities that build confidence, commercial awareness and real workplace insight for learners.”
