Business Studies - BTEC Diploma
This qualification has been designed to address the needs of Level 2 students in key areas, giving them the opportunity to develop a range of skills and techniques, personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in working life.
Students will learn about various theories used within business and apply them to real life businesses, giving a really broad ranging understanding of businesses, large and small, local and international, that they may work in one day.

The Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business is a 60-credit qualification that consists of four mandatory units plus a number of optional units. Completion of the full qualification roughly equates to the equivalent of 4 GCSE’s.

Where does it lead?
There is potential for the qualification to prepare students for employment in the appropriate vocational sector and it is suitable for those who have decided that they wish to enter a particular area of work. Some students may wish to gain the qualification in order to enter a specialist area of employment or to progress to a Level 3 programme, either here at Cadbury, or elsewhere.
